Based in Scarborough, Island Investments manages a portfolio of eight short-term villas and four long-term rental properties across Tobago Plantations, Mount Irvine, Grafton, Bon Accord, Buccoo and Scarborough. Every property is rented directly with no middleman, and every guest and tenant deals with our own local team from first enquiry through to check-out or move-in.
